A Participatory Edition

The café-des-arts is a small bar lost in my hometown, Thouars. It has been a meeting place for my friends, acquaintances and me for seven years now. A very special atmosphere reigns there, because it is all the people who pass there who make it live. We can play music freely, sing freely, draw and hang our works of art on the walls freely... After taking my film camera to photograph this atmosphere that I love so much, I decided to go further.

I then created a manifesto edition based on the concept of a monthly gazette. This gazette is published for the first 15 days, with articles on the city of Thouars, and the coffee. During these 15 days, everyone can take hold of this publication to add anecdotes or answer questions that are asked. It is then reprinted and redistributed. This beautiful publishing object becomes particularly sensitive thanks to everyone's participation.
